Finding Myself in Singapore (Nov. 16-21, 2008)


Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Singapore's Minister of Finance,
emphasized that "LEADERSHIP is making other people's lives better".
He also urged the delegates to "Search for knowledge not just for knowledge's sake but to transform the society."
